1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jobviz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobviz provides a cloud-based platform for monitoring, debugging, and analyzing background job queues. The Service includes a web dashboard, agent SDKs, REST APIs, AI-powered analysis features, and alerting capabilities.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Exceed rate limits or quotas through circumvention
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Send sensitive personal data (PII, PHI, financial data) in job payloads unless encrypted

5. Plans & Quotas

The Service is offered under different plans with varying quotas (events/day, API keys, retention period, AI usage). Current plan details are displayed in the application and on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans with 30 days' notice.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your job data, payloads, or configurations.

8. AI Features

AI-powered features (root cause analysis, debug assistant, natural language search, etc.) use third-party AI providers. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are provided as-is and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions. AI features are subject to daily usage quotas per plan.

9. Debug Bundle Sharing

When you create a shared debug bundle, the included job data becomes accessible via a public URL without authentication. Shared bundles expire automatically. You are responsible for ensuring shared data does not contain sensitive information you do not wish to expose.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobviz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy and Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
